Understanding the neighborhoods, properties and market dynamics that make Bay Area real estate intensely local.
Strong Representation
Careful preparation, strategic negotiation and attention to the details that protect your interests.
My Real Estate Story
My career in real estate began long before California. I built my early experience in the Midwest, where I was a licensed real estate broker across Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Missouri and worked with residential properties, land, bank owned properties, private treaty transactions and real estate auctions. That experience taught me how different every property, market and negotiation can be—and why good representation requires much more than knowing a sales price.
After moving to California, I brought that experience to the Bay Area and built my business around the same principles: know the market, understand the property, communicate clearly, represent the client’s interests with care, and always operate with honesty and integrity. Today, through Hornbaker Homes at Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno, I work with buyers and sellers across San Francisco, the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. In 2026, I was featured in an Apple News story recognizing the top ten trusted real estate agents in California.
Why the Bay Area
California has been home for more than a decade, and the Bay Area is where my work and the life I love have come together. I’m continually drawn to the extraordinary variety here—from San Francisco neighborhoods and Peninsula communities to the Bay, the coast and the open spaces in between.
That connection shapes the way I practice real estate. I don’t think of communities as points on a map or collections of sales data. I spend my time in them. Understanding how people actually live here—the character of a neighborhood, its architecture, its landscape and the rhythm of everyday life—is an important part of helping someone decide where home should be.
